Organize

A call report is an effective way to keep a record of each call. However, along with rapid emergency response comes rapid illegible writing. The problem comes when trying to reproduce the call report information into a legible format. TechOn EMS or "TEMS" has tackled this obstacle and virtually eliminated back office involvement.

The TEMS system makes call report data and back office data entry effortless. When the call report is complete, users simply sync the handheld computer. The data is recorded to the main computer and a copy of the report is printed in an organized and typed format. The recording process takes seconds to complete.

Since most Ambulance Corps file records manually, retrieving those records at a later date can sometimes be a daunting project. The TEMS system enables the program operator to input the date, patient name and search criteria for quick data retrieval. TEMS also organizes statistics. The program operator may want a count of the amount of calls in a month or the number of calls attended by a specific EMT. TEMS makes these tasks as simple as a few keystrokes. In seconds, the statistics are available for viewing or printing. Data entry and organization have never been so easy.
